Kim McDonald - State Farm Insurance Agent

I had to call to start a new policy, due to the previous agent / building I was through. My new & current agent who assisted me today, Penny, was absolutely wonderful. I’m so thankful that I decided to call and switch not just agents but switch buildings, because Penny was absolutely amazing to work with. She made sure it wasn’t confusing, she was very thorough & friendly, walked me through each & every step, and overall she’s the best agent I’ve had. I HIGHLY recommend anybody looking for reasonable / affordable insurance, and a wonderful customer service experience, to go through Kim McDonald’s State Farm insurance company!

Kim is very easy to work with. She is very honest, knowledgeable and friendly, which helped us make our decision to move all of our insurance after 30 years with our prior carrier. Penny was so very helpful and kind while we figured out my claim! She put me at ease during a stressful situation and I'm very grateful for her as my agent. When I first switched over to Kim McDonald, she was very informative and really helped me understand my policy. Per her recommendation, I opted to use the Safe Driver feature and Penny was really great during my review, too! I saved money using this and had an ego boost when she complimented my driving habits!

Customer Service is fabulous. Penny has been my "go to" for over 5 years now, and in my experience, I find that she is knowledgeable, explains things in a way that I fully understand, handles things quickly, and genuinely cares about a client as a person. I've never felt pressured, judged nor uncomfortable with anything that she or Kim are introducing to me - only respected and like they are just showing me what options I have to help make my decisions in life. Great company and staff.

Kim was professional and thorough when explaining our auto and home owners insurance. She answered questions in a way I could understand and answered honestly. She was fast with getting us paperwork needed to be completed. Her staff is always very helpful and nice when I call with questions.
