Stopped by the office to check on the status of a refund following a cancellation. Was treated rather rudely. The man stood in the doorway of an office, addressing me from quite a distance. When I asked about my refund he said it takes 7-10 days without bothering to check and gruntingly said "why did you cancel". Gee, I can cancel because it's my right, and I saved near $100 going with another company. Super abrupt and dismissive. No possibly of doing business with his agency in the future. Too bad, Neema was a great guy to deal with, and Lisa was respectful, and very helpful.

Only reason I gave them 1 star because 0 was not a option. Recently purchased and paid for a 1year policy for my boat, found cheaper insurance elsewhere so I canceled and asked to refund remaining money. Called and inquired about refund and was informed I get no refund and was not notified of the no refund before cancellation and will not reinstate for remaining 6 months. Also wanted to add a 3rd vehicle to my policy and was informed that the rates on the 2 I already had insured would increase not decrease. No longer with Allstate.

How do I put this to words! My husband and I are so impressed with this agency! We are newly married and have never had to purchase our own insurance before. We walked into Allstate and Kevin was so nice and helpful! He explained everything and let us pick what we wanted! AND the price was so reasonable! 10/10

With my experience with that agency they have a very big professionalism attitude more than willing to help me out if they don't have an answer they will get an answer. I am very satisfied with them and I will refer them to other people as a agency that will take care of anyone I refer to.
