Farmers Insurance - Tyler Monda

I have to give this insurance company a bad review. The deductible on our 20 unit condo association increased from just over 12K per year to almost 250k. The notice came in February with a March start. Our Treasurer was in Florida for that month and no call or warning from the Tyler Monda Insurance Company. Beware of who you trust to watch your back. As an update to this review. Not only did Tyler not make a reasonable effort to contact the HOA board of director or our Treasurer, Tyler also failed to contact the Treasurer and that the addendum for loss assessment coverage on his personal insurance has been changed from $25,000 to $2,000 and any payable loss severely limited. Again, beware of who you trust to watch your back.

Tyler has been phenomenal to work with! He is caring, personable, responsive, communicative, and knowledgable in all areas of insurance. He has gone above and beyond to service my family personally and professionally. I would HIGHLY recommend Tyler and his team to anyone in the Brainerd Lakes Area or surrounding areas to meet your insurance needs.
