Very caring, individual service. I used them for my commercial liability policy then needed to make a claim when I had my work trailer stolen. It turns out I had great coverage and my equipment was valued at the true replacement cost not some portion thereof. They helped me handle the claim and coordinated everything with the insurer as far as getting my receipts to them (and there were hundreds of those) and I was paid in what seemed like a pretty quick timeframe. I was able to get new equipment and was able to keep making my living which was vital to me. I would highly recommend them - they provide good old fashioned customer service too!
Excellent! Every staff member treats you like family. Prompt service with a personal touch. I use them for my business and personal insurance. I know they’ll go the extra mile when I’m in a “pinch!”
