I bought my first house in 1978 and have owned homes in 4 states. I insured my first car in 1973. I have used several insurance companies and had many agents. Farmers is a reputable company and offers a very competitive rate. Michael Gurney and his staff are a cut above the rest. A BIG cut. I have received the best customer service from any insurance company I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !
Montoya is so amazing to work with! Anytime I’ve needed a question answered, or have had a concern of any type, she’s on it within minutes! She explains every detail of the insurance coverage, what covers what, why it’s X amount of money for this coverage and X amount of money for that coverage etc. She explains it for you to understand everything about it without leaving “the fine print” out. She’s very professional, very friendly and leaves no questions or concerns unanswered! I’ve never been happier with an insurance agency.
