I would give zero stars if possible. I bought a year long policy, and paid for 6 months. They had my address written down wrong, an 8 instead of a 3. I never saw it written, just communicated verbally. Went to ask why I had not gotten a bill for the other 6 months. They said they mailed three of them, but didn't ever email or call. Then tried to restart policy, and they dropped my policy as they now no longer insure older manufactured homes.
Amy and her team have been incredibly helpful with our business and personal insurance needs.
