What difference since King took over! Customer service is awful. Over 4 days I called left messages on answer phone, spoke with someone to pass a message on and emailed atleast 6 times unfortunately Charlene obviously thought my business was not worth a call back. Do disappointed to be treated like this. I took my business elsewhere I suggest you do the same. Not worth the one star I had to give it.

We attempted to increase our policy coverage a minimal amount of $10,000.00 (it was the maximum they would allow) or seek another carrier for more coverage. Started with a personal visit on 2/10/2025 and after two weeks and no contact we called, and called and called at least 6 times with no response. Frustrated we then called the Gainesville office of King Insurance, no response. Yes, we had a four point inspection completed on 02/11/2025. it is now the end of April, time to renew our home owners policy and it will not be with King Insurance in Leesburg that is for sure. Do not waste your time. To bad the option to post isn't a zero. With other agents in the Leesburg area go to someone more responsive!!! Charlene Green was no help at all.

Contacted several times (Sept 24, Jan 25) to cancel car and home insurance after parents passed. Emailed all requested paperwork both times, followed up with email to get status and both times policy was not canceled. Customer service seems very poor. Update: even though they responded to my review, the last policy cancellation for the house (same for the car and golf cart policies months earleir) cancelled because the renewal was not paid, not because they cancelled them.

We recently went to King Insurance for help with my auto insurance. Charlene Green helped us and we think she was fabulous! She spent a great deal of time with us and helped us make the decision about my automobile policy. We very much appreciate Charlene's time and expertise.
