Kimberley Curb: Allstate Insurance

Too expensive. They went up on my home owners insurance and did not notify me of the increase but it's like pulling teeth when you file a claim. Definitely searching to switch.

Initially I left them a bad review because of a misunderstanding, however I've been with company now for a few years and they are a great insurance company. I now know everyone who works there and they are all friendly and they bend over backwards to help you. They also have great rates! Best in town! I've called everywhere they are the cheapest especially when bundled.

Facts that Kimberly and all of her associates at all state are amazing! They have helped me when I needed them most. They help me when I needed a tow. They help me when I was struggling financially for a moment and kept my insurance going. I will never go anywhere else for my auto insurance, Kimberly and her associates take care of me very well.

Excellent company, we saved money by combining our home owners insurance with our car insurance. Outstanding customer service, they make sure you know everything about the policy/policies. And if someone you know is a client and you say they told you to call them and you sign up for the insurance, they will send that person a gift to say thank you. What other insurance company does that?

Kimberly and the whole team has been nothing but amazing since I have switched to Allstate. They are always so professional and willing to give you time to work on your account.
