The people here are amazing, especially Ruth Thompson! I've had a very bad year but still understand the protection my family enjoy from life insurance. When I started falling behind, Ruth and the rest of their team worked with me on my payments to keep my family and myself protected. Ruth calls me anytime she notices any of my policies are close to collapsing to give me a chance to make some kind of arrangement! One day my finances will be right again and all of my life insurance policies will go through them even if theyre a little higher because of the personal services they provide me!

I've been trying paying insurance all day,for hours holds at a time,AND,keep being put back to beginning after getting down to caller number 2,over and over! Office personel keep hanging up and starting over, Instead of taking and posting my payment!! Kilpatrick SUCKS,Non professional,poor service,Rude Personel!! Definitely regret buying insurance with Klic!!!

Whole life policies are a bad financial investment. Everybody should know that by now. Term life is the way to go. Google Dave Ramsey if you doubt me.
