The level of service provided by the staff of Brian Thomson State Farm is unsurpassed. Any time we have an issue they immediately take charge in getting things done timely and professionally. We never have to stress about the who, what, or when because they take care of everything. Most recently we had two issues just a week apart and Jennifer was super helpful throughout the process. The staff is knowledgeable and kind, and we never feel that they are not 100% committed to our needs.

Our insurance agent, Stephanie has always been amazing to work with. She really helped us save and broke down any questions that we had. She also let us know about all of the wonderful services that are provided that one may not know about. All of the employees were very kind and personable in office. There was not a single person in the office that did not greet us, or find a way to make us feel warm and welcome. Mrs. Tracey is also very kind, quick, and efficient.
