I’ve been a customer for 3 years since I moved here from Tennessee. The whole staff is wonderful and easy to communicate with. Keysha is always a phone call away and glad that I can Always count on her and her team for all of my insurance needs. Thanks for keeping my family covered

RUN FROM THIS OFFICE. The only reason that they got1 star is because you can't give a 0. They will sell you a policy that sounds great, but you will not get what you asked for. In May 2024, I reached out to Allstate about a new policy. I spoke to Ms.Galvin, who is the best. However when I explained that I wanted everything on my house covered and ask for " FLOOD INSURANCE & EXTRA MOLD COVERAGE". I was told that everything was covered, because they increased my Backup Water coverage and increased my Mold coverage to 25/50K. Because I really don't know anything about insurance, I took her word that everything was covered. Well to my surprise Hurricane Helene happened and I found out that my whole policy was wrong. The Davis agency made sure our experience was impeccable! Keysha’s professionalism and knowledge is out of this world! She was very thorough with ensuring we understood all terms and conditions as well as all of our options for services. She exudes the confidence needed to run a successful insurance agency. I didn’t feel like I was being sold too but rather learning about all of the relevant services for our needs. She listened and even corrected a mistake a previous agent (not at all related to her agency) made.
