Kevin Sharman: Allstate Insurance

My experience with Mrs. Jill Lucas, at Kevin Sharman Allstate was outstanding. She went above and beyond the call of duty with an issue I had with a claim, and in no time she had resolved it. We recently moved from Sanford, NC to Florida, and called Mr. Sharman in order to switch our car insurance policy to a Florida policy. Mr. Sharman responded to my E-Mailed request saying that he couldn't help me with that since he couldn't sell a Florida policy, and that I was on my own (paraphrased). I am thinking of switching agencies due to the lack of assistance from Mr. Sharman. His predecessor was SO MUCH better, more helpful, and more professional.

Kevin Sharman has a very business type approach. Very professional at what he does. That makes me feel my insurance is more effective.

The worst insurance company ever since this guy took over making up extra charges on a policy I paid in full then want to send a bill a month before my year policy expires telling me I have to pay 30 more dollars to keep my policy that was paid in full in effect dir the remaining month that I paid for then going to tell me what I'm going to do I recommend nobody go to this place

Friendly, knowledgeable folks. No matter who answers the phone they're always eager to help. Highly recommend.
