Kevin Kelley: Allstate Insurance

Paid too much for car insurance. Kept Allstate way to long .I should have shopped around

Absolutely horrendous service from Kevin Kelley. I contacted him numerous times with issues regarding my coverage and never received so much as a confirmation email. He is shady in his transactions and does not value customer care or relationships. I feel truly sorry for the agents who work under him as he does not seem to value their work individually either. Avoid this agency at all costs, I do not understand how remains a licensed agent.

Kevin with Allstate insurance is awesome, just with a few phone calls we had a quote for my truck and my wife's car along with two motorcycles. Kevin saved me a ton of money in my insurance , easy going and no high pressure sales. I will recommend him to all my friends and family. By far one of the most incompetent brokers around. I was trying to obtain a cheaper quote since everything has been going up. So we first decided to move forward with the car insurance quote. I was super happy with the quote I received of $458, compared to my $560. The following month I received an email from allstate saying my policy is changing because I didn't homeowners insurance policy with them. I didn't receive a call from alexandria, this came in an email directly from allstate. The monthly payment then jumped to $608 a month. I called alexandria and asked her why my policy jumped so high after just one month of service. She then explained that when she put the quote in she bundled the services of car and home. I told her thats not what we agreed on. But I was like ok, lets get a

Horrible agency, tried for 3 weeks to get a transfer on my new vehicle-no response called another agency 15 minutes. Corporate is not any better! Use another company. Cancelled policy , was sent to collections for non payment. No return calls.
