The BEST customer service I've experienced. I used this agency for both my condo and car insurance. For my condo insurance, I spoke directly with the underwriter to have all my policy questions answered and find a policy that fit my needs exactly. When it came to my car, the leasing agent (who's been in the industry 15 years) was so impressed at how quickly Erica was able to bind my policy- oh I should mention it was a Sunday at 4PM!
