Robert Nichols agency was great to work with. I want to give a big shout out to Eric who worked with me to get me the best deal for my Condo insurance. Great customer service from this agency. I would highly recommend them.

While my home was insured during that time, my assigned agent, Eric Keeling, never proactively reviewed my policy or explored better options for me unless asked. My policy was simply renewed year after year without discussion. When I moved to a new agency, I was immediately presented with multiple options and walked through coverage and pricing in a way I never experienced previously. What a great experience! Had been passed around to several random agents with our prior home owners' and auto insurance with no contact. I'm not sure why they have a 5 star rating, the agent Eric NEVER responds to emails and is very difficult to get on the phone. His inability to respond in a timely matter has cost me over 500 bucks. He had my rental property and my primary mixed up and was informed numerous times about it and still never fixed it. I really hate paying for other people mistakes! DO NOT USE ERIC FROM HERE!
