This office as a whole is entirely incompetent. I filed a complaint with Allstate Main and switched to a different Allstate office in Aberdeen simply to avoid dealing with the totally inept employees and manager at this location. The simplest tasks such as properly filling out a landlord policy, changing my home of record, or getting an insurance document to ship a vehicle OCONUS each took 5-7 phone calls. I’m talking 35 + phone calls over the course of months….. for the most basic level requests! There was not a single thing that this office managed for me that they did not totally mess up and require a significant amount of my time to fix. I’d highly recommend you go elsewhere.

I already posted and am going to post again....STOP TRYING TO CONTACT ME. I DON'T LIVE IN NC. STOP. You are predatory and it's an harassment. How many times do you have to call? Stay away from this office. They will hound you and lie to you about taking your name off their call list. They show that they are incompetent. I already told them that I don't live in NC and yet, they want me to apply for an insurance...in NC where I don't live? Why? What is going thru their skulls? Does the people in this office have common sense? Every calls will be a one star. Keep calling.

If I could give no stars and get this post, I would have. I am completely disappointed and offended with how this agency handled our business. My husband and I had been customers for decades with Allstate with one office or another. After living out of state for a few years, we transferred our business from the other state's Allstate office to this one a year ago after returning to NC. After only a year of our business, they raised our rates astronomically for our homeowner's and car insurance. So, we shopped elsewhere and decided to terminate our policy with Allstate. After learning that we were leaving, they attempted to work with us to get us to remain a customer. But, they couldn't offer anywhere near the rates we got elsewhere. Mr. Bolton and his team are amazing. I got insurance through them for the first time in my life back in ‘17 and they helped me so much. He took the time to explain things because I was clueless about insurance and words can never express how grateful I am for their help. And even tho I haven’t had insurance with them since ‘19, every year I get a birthday email. Over all thankful for all their help while I was insured tho them. Definitely recommend.
