Kettering-Rose Insurance Agents/Brokerage

Extremely unprofessional. Spoke with Robin Kettering and she was extremely hostel and condescending from the begin of the call. Her firm handles my HOA’s insurance policy and I was simply trying to find out my options. She provided the worst customer service I’ve ever received. She was defensive from the beginning, cut me off every chance she got. I was not able to have a constructive professional conversation with her. When I asked her name she said “I’m the owner if you are thinking of complaining about me” As a business owner how do you conduct your business like that? Just because you are the owner you can treat your clients poorly because you don’t answer to anyone? I would strongly advise against working with this firm. Not a professional business and poor leadership.

What a horrible business!!! The staff from the phones to the actual work can care less about your business. Save your self the headache and go to a more professional company. Kettering has lost its touch with customer service. After 7 years of paying them premiums they leave you in the dark and overcharge you for stuff they should do for free.

Quality went down after Staci stopped working there. They find ways to make your rate increase without taking care of the customer.

They don't know what they doing . they not suppose to agent
