I have worked with Sam Mashkoory for a little over 2 years. While helpful and responsive, Sam did not send me monthly emails/ mails updating me on my insurance. When asked to cancel the policy, I was not guided on how to cancel the policy clearly which resulted in additional charges. In my case, it would have been much easier to work with Hiscox directly but I understand that each business needs are different.
