AAA La Mesa Insurance and Member Services

I just recently went to AAA in the Mesa with my sisterit used to be a nice place to go very comfortable now I find it very cold to people unfriendly. It\nGot rid of all the magazines in tour books. My sister fractured her back and had a back operation. Her license was suspended by her doctor but now she is much better. We way insideto start her insurance again and that lady was cold and heartless. We can't do nothing for you for 3 years. Can didn't you want to hear about my sister's story? I would never go there again. And my sister had triple-a for many years. It's just all business. You know the old saying\nIt's policy no human touch

I had a very disappointing experience with AAA Insurance. I wasn’t given enough time to properly read and understand the release of liability before signing. Because of my disability that makes reading and writing difficult, I needed more time and support to make sure I understood what I was signing, but I didn’t receive that. Right after I signed the release, the insurance adjuster left and didn’t return for several days. During that time, I had important questions but she wasn’t responsive at all. When I finally spoke to her again, she told me she would not be accepting a new offer and would keep the originally signed release of liability as final, and her manager agreed with that decision. Beats the heck ou of waiting at the DMV for two hours only to then be greeted by some government employee who would rather be anywhere else on the planet, doing anything else. AAA people are always pretty helpful, and at least have some reasonable level of customer service..

Mariah Altmeyer has the worst customer service. Mariah does the bare minimum, and does not even try to make an effort to help AAA customers. She is at AAA just to collect a check, she should be moved to the back doing something else like filing paperwork and avoid interactions with customers. A BAD HIRE STRENGTHENS THE COMPETIONS HAND.

I love the service I get from AAA . But would you guys please start accepting bank debit cards when a member is trying do auto registration service in AAA offices? Most people don’t carry cash or checks with them which is what you require!!Other than that AAA is the best bar none. Respectfully,FM
