I feel like a person who was belittled by the attendant Kenya Alves Walker. She made me wait for 5 days with no response. On the fifth day after I said about the feedback I was going to leave, I received a call saying that she was traveling! But were there no other people or attendants? Could it be that the system has been offline since last Thursday? This is very unprofessional, I hated her service, I don't recommend her service to anyone, she is incompetent, doesn't provide proper customer service and even gives wrong information. If there was a grade worse than zero, it would be hers. And a tip, if you want a lot of customers, try to meet demand or don't offer the product. When I got back in August I tried to contact you but you have never answered my calls, so I understand that you feel that you did not received the service you deserve, but I was never given an opportunity to talk to you not even once, and I don't understand how can you say that you hate my service or that I am unprofessional or incompetent when we have never spoken to each other.
