Very disappointed. The level of service was extremely unprofessional. Everything was slow, constantly delayed, and there was clearly no understanding of the process. It felt like the person was completely inexperienced and didn’t know what they were doing. On top of that, there was a total lack of responsibility, promises were not kept, and messages were either answered very late or ignored altogether. I do not recommend.

I do not recommend this translator. They made a serious and unacceptable mistake in the translation, which clearly shows a lack of competence. Such an error is inexcusable for a professional and raises serious concerns about their qualifications. Based on my experience, this organization does not have sufficient knowledge of the language to provide proper translation services. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for accurate and reliable translations.

Terrible experience, do not recommend. I was their client for 3 at least years and every year it got worse, worse, and worse. Never answered phone calls, emails, messages. After numerous attempts to reach Dina, she promises to call back and never calls back. Dina is never available, nobody else in the office can help with any workrelated question (for some reason), girls take messages for her and nothing happens. I have never seen that much ignorance and disrespect to the client. Very glad I left this office. Even though, three months later, I still  have to deal with the results of their ignorance and failure to submit proper paperwork to the insurance company for the policy cancellation. I ended up calling and emailing the insurance company directly to resolve the issue that D&M Insuranc

Definitely recommend. I got best car insurance price. Also documents translation was very professional and fast. Will come back
