Kasey was a joy to work with. Her customer services skills were excellent, and you don't find that much anymore. She took her time to answer all of my questions expeditiously. She also followed up with me to make sure I had no additional questions. I had made many calls to different Insurance Co. this year with no success. I taught Health Inc/Customer Service for 25 years, so I am a critic. But I enjoyed working with a knowledgeable professional like Kasey.
