Don't walk run from this place worst experience with insurance I've ever seen. They don't send agents out to take pictures of your car and give you an estimate you have have to take pictures of your own car and then submit it through email. Two claims one not paid for the other one still pending. Would give zero Stars if I could.. update as of December 2022 I am no longer and very proud to say I am not with this insurance company anymore. And of course the response from the owner is already prewritten pre typed I'm so sorry our company will strive to do better. I dropped you. And I'm glad to say I did

I have always gotten amazing customer service from the representatives at the agency. Kendall Henderson has always made sure my coverage is complete Snd if I have ever had any questions or concerns, I know he will address them immediately! I cannot imagine taking my business anywhere else.

I called because I couldn’t pay my account they told me that they were cancelling my account after years with them. I have a clean record, yet according to them repairs costs are too much for the insurance. I will never have anyone go there. I went to progressive they cover me fully because of my clean driving record.
