Have been with Horace Mann for many years. They are a competitive in price and make it so easy to renew. Never had a claim so I can not speak to that process but renewals and reminder emails make it super easy to renew annually. Also, there policy is easy to read and understand which is a plus. Easy to work with. Communication is brief, to the point, and important so email is not bombarded. They were amazing and compassionate and happy to have them.
This agency has been amazing. The staff took their time to help me understand my options and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I’m confident in my coverage and grateful for their help.
I was impressed by how quickly they got back to me each time. Whether it was a policy question or claim concern, their quick response times were consistent and appreciated.
Whenever I need assistance, the support team is always friendly and quick to resolve any issues. I never feel like I’m just a number with this company. It’s clear they care about their customers.
