Farmers Insurance - Vivian Reitz

Our agent, Vivian Reitz has really gone the extra mile for us!! What seemed like a simple claim was in actuality much too complicated. Thanks to Vi's persistence we are insured and good to go.

Very difficult to deal with when filing claims. She changed our policy without telling us and that made things difficult. When filed claim on recent hail damage no team was sent out by Farmers and who they referred us to for estimates would still not be able to see the cars. So took them to dealer and when doing settlement Farmers wanted vehicle before issuing a check. I dont turn over property before I get paid. These people are a joke. She is never there and a lot of the time you have to call Farmers to answer your questions. I cancelled all my policies she's not getting 750 dollars a month from me anymore.

Thank you Vivian I had to get my mother-in-law elderly homeowners and auto insurance and we live out of state. Vivian was awesome she got me some quotes save my mother-in-law a bunch of money and now she’s with a great insurance company thank you Vivian
