Ken Carver - State Farm Insurance Agent

I called this afternoon to simply ask a question about my renters insurance and the lady answered the phone stating "is this (first name, last name)?, I replied no ma'am, her response was " you made me miss a call! You called earlier and I answered you question!". I was shockingly surprised with her tone and how she communicated with me. My grandmother was a long time customer with Ken Carver in the 90's when I was growing up so I was excited to start services with him. I will no longer support this branch! Moving to a different agent.

Nice enough and all, but forget about getting any information after you change insurance companies. I never felt so disrespected as a previous policy holder. There are better agents in the area.

Has been my agent and insurance company for over 25 years. Great customer service. Definitely "like a good neighbor."

Unbelievably rudest agent that I have ever attempted to contact...a few seconds into the call I was was met with insults and then he slammed the phone in my ear. So unprofessional!
