Avoid Kemper Auto Insurance at All Costs! I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and utterly frustrating customer service in my life. Kemper Auto Insurance is a nightmare! I was involved in an accident caused by one of their policyholders, and despite them being clearly at fault, they refused to cover the cost of my repairs. I had to pay a jaw-dropping $3,000 out of pocket for repairs to my Mercedes-Benz, as well as for a rental car while mine was in the shop. The stress from dealing with their incompetent claims process has caused me to break out in hives! It's been a complete nightmare trying to get anything resolved. They have shown zero empathy or professionalism throughout this entire process. They drag their feet, ignore your calls, and ultimately leave you stuck paying for dama

The worse experience ever in my life!!! I have had a prior accident before & never had to wait 7 months for a adjustor come out and say my vehicle is a total loss after the fact I put my vehicle in the shop they came out the next day and took my truck and still didn't receive no payment for my vehicle! What makes it so bad the guy has the tickets and witnesses seeing what happened & still said it's his fault and they still didn't want to fix my truck I'm so upset I've been waiting since 3 weeks and still No check Nothing No truck No money No Nothing why does this company even exist??!?! Please shut down this company!!!!!! Horrible Horrible company

Horrible experience. Don't expect a fast or an honest response from Kemper or anyone who sells Kemper insurance. They took 2 weeks to give estimate on a totalled vehicle and then undervalued the claim by less than half of the value. Garbage insurance for garbage drivers.

Don’t waste your times or invest your money in this company(kemper). They are terrible, rude and unprofessional. Their customers service is bad, and they are always lost. They don't want to pay and if you file a claim (good luck) always putting excuses to close the case. They make false accusations and fail to pick up the phone. The person supposed to take your case is never available and they say later that is your fault for no cooperating. In other words you get what you pay ( low rate, low everything and that is if you get lucky to be attended by them)

They do not pay out on claims filed with people who hit your car that have their insurance. Multiple phone calls, emails and no reply and just giving my mom and I the run around. If the claims person is Jonathan, don’t even bother wasting your time. They owe us money and refuse to pay even though we did everything we needed to do on our end.
