Amazingly efficient and cordial. So refreshing to be served by people who really want to a difference!
This insurance has the worst customer service, they only care for the money, after 30 years, they will not even take a call to resolve issues of reimbursement. Do not recommend it, I have been trying to resolve my issue for 2 years and after sending many documents they asked, and spending lots of money they did not even looked at what I send. Terrible customer service!!!!!!
