Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

Very disappointed with Progressive. My policy was approved and then canceled just 10 days later. They blamed my bank, which was not true. Shortly after, they offered a new policy 15% higher and labeled me “not reliable.” No transparency, no clear explanation, and very poor customer service. This felt deceptive and unprofessional. I do not recommend them.

Sadly I had an accident with my BMW M3 Competition, Progressive was always there to help me. I thought they would give me less for my care but the amount they gave me was more than expected. I recommend 1000% !

Sanpshot is a scam it tracks your phone useage and says you your using your phone when you are dirving even if you are not. This system just another way for them to raise your rates it will not save you money. The support center for the app is no help they tell you you have to lock the phone so it will not move this is just absurd. I just started using this company and already I'm unhappy.

A mission to get there. Initially straight driving - but then the traffic detours start all the way to the end. Huge parking lot. Entrance walk needs repairing many broken and cracked tiles. Progressive has plenty of money they can repair
