I adore Brett. He has the best personality in Franklin, and he has bent over backwards to find help for me even when he couldn't personally help me. If you're looking for that small-town touch, call Brett. He's a really good guy.

Stopped here after paying my electric bill in town. Thought I would see about getting home, auto, and motorcycle insurance at a better rate. After moving to Franklin last year from Tennessee, I have been changing up insurance. Phyllis was able to get a better rate with comparable coverage for the house and motorcycles; and, improved coverage for the truck with a similar cost by the next day. Also, all this insurance is with one company rather than two. Phyllis was able to explain how and how not uninsured motorist coverage works in Kentucky. With this information, my truck coverage was improved. I'll have to update at renewal time next year; and, I would expect the same knowledge, experience, and courtesy I experienced at Kemble Insurance.
