Franklin Insurance

You should check into possibly switching your insurance to Franklin Insurance. They are good and so is the insurance. I don't know how I could complain. Every time I have been in there or called them, I was treated not only most professionally, but like I was almost family. We received , what we felt was solid, sound advice and certainly thank you for that, too. Plus we saved money with you guys!! Thanks.

Called about a quote in they where rude . I asked if they had a higher up or HR , and I was told I was speaking to the manager . When I asked is this how they treat potential customers she said yes in hung up .
