Rates and "package deals" are decent, and the people are really nice. We have an old truck worth like $600 that we use maybe 4 times a year on the road to haul stuff, and insuring that thing is crazy expensive for some reason. Customer service can be lacking. They are VERY quick to respond if you need to add a vehicle or building to your policy, ie they are getting more money. But they will flat out ignore and not reply to you for weeks and weeks if you inquire about anything else, or if you inquire about a discount you may be entitled to. Just a typical insurance company I guess.
