Kelli, and Megan (office manager) were both very friendly and helpful. I feel comfortable having them handle my insurance needs. State Farm has been my source for insurance for over twenty years, Kelli Southern become my agent one year ago, after my previous agent retired. I would recommend them to family/friends.

I have been with Kelli Southern for longer than I can remember. Was with her under my dad's account when I was a teen and migrated to my own as an adult. I'm the kind of person that sometimes has trouble wrapping my head around insurance, but I feel like Kelli has always made it easy to understand and ask questions. I've been with her through a car accident, and eventually added on homeowners insurance when I bought a house. Even when things in life were getting more complicated, Kelli and State Farm always made dealing with Insurance easy and straightforward. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for coverage!
