Anthony Tillman - Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance

I've never been in an accident, I pay full coverage insurance on time monthly just to find out when i need help everything but what i need help for is covered. The lady was very rude acting like she was sorry mold isnt covered in rental insurance & kept mentioning my deductible knowing im in a rough spot, Ignorant way of showing concern... i found out if their was a riot, thats covered! Im out of my house for a month and this company isnt helping me at all. But they surely did just take money out my account to pay for this bs coverage. Very unpleased and disappointed

Cold Called our business over the phone, and was rude when they could not speak with decision maker.

Love the office ladies! They will do anything to help you. The insurance is great at a good price.If you're looking for insurance Farm Bureau is the place to go.

Poor customer service , ask for a quote on business insurance and they never got back to me . If your stupid its a good place to go , if you got brains and ask a few questions about the quote or the insurance they provide they avoid the questions and never get back to you ...

They will everything they can to find a technicallity to not pay a claim
