Jamie Hefty - State Farm Insurance Agent

Unbeknownst to me, I switched insurance companies at the right time! On January 2 I was involved in a hit and run that turned my life upside down, but the State Farm team was absolutely AMAZING to work with. Amber is awesome. Extremely friendly, and knowledgeable; I had never had an accident before, let alone waking up to finding my brand new car totaled. Working with Amber and the team was a dream and I am truly, SO THANKFUL for their help and guidance during that time.

Amber was absolutely amazing to work with. She helped me get life, home, and car insurance all in one place, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and also so personable—never rushed me, answered every question clearly, and genuinely cared about finding the best coverage for my family. It’s rare to find someone who’s both efficient and easy to talk to, but Amber nailed it. I feel confident, protected, and taken care of. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an insurance agent they can truly trust.

After being with the same insurance provider for 17 years, I decided to see what my friend Jamie could offer with State Farm. Not only did I get much better coverage, but I am paying $170 less per month! Not to mention, Amber that I spoke with was absolutely amazing, and made the transition seamless! Obviously someone else may not save quite as much, but I would have probably continued paying my old rates if my original provider had even half the customer service that State Farm has given me.
