Kathy Travis - Aflac Insurance Agent

This has nothing to with the agent Kathy Travis but Aflac the company itself why is the hold time for an agent shorter than the policy holder if it wasn't for us, there would be no agent!!!! I've been trying to get a hold of you people for weeks now you were suppose to send a accident form to my residence but has not showed up it's been over a week now. Trying to get hold of a live person is ridiculous!! But you have no problems taking my money every month. I'm ready to dissolve this insurance and look for another and encourage my coworkers to do the same.
