I had a great meeting with Ashley L. On phone! I was distressed with my last agent Laura with Stewart's insurance with so many companies giving non renewals I was not surprised when I got letter. After not getting me a new homeowners policy for 2 weeks I contacted Izone, fortunately Ashley got me a new policy same day, such good service I also transfered my auto policy it was renewal time, Ashley submitted my renewal with some discounts available my policy with Mercury was less this time. I just want to say how happy I have been as a customer. Cindy has been my Sr Account Executive and her service has been nothing short of amazing. She responds quickly, is extremely competent, and has been an absolute pleasure to work with.
