Transitioning to Weeks & Associates was smooth and easy. My insurance was over $350/month no accidents, no tickets. They were able to find a very reputable company and cut my monthly cost to less than 1/2 of what I paid for the prior insurance. I also appreciate their knowledge and advice, because I have more coverage than before.

I've been with Weeks Insurance for many, MANY years! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I do deal mostly with Steve who I cannot say enough nice things about! He looks for cost savings without being asked, he is quick to respond, super friendly and very knowledgeable. My son now is with Weeks as well .. I would recommend Weeks to anyone and everyone! I have been a customer of Weeks & Associates Insurance for a year now and I have had great experiences working with Steven. He is quick to respond and give honest advice. I was referred by family members and have since referred others to him. I have used other insurance folks in the past and none have given me the type of service as Weeks & Associates. I know I can call or email them with any concern and I will get the service I need straight to the point.

At time for renewal, I contacted Steve Weeks and he went over our auto policy and updated some details, like yearly mileage of vehicles. He was able to lower our premium to make it more affordable. He has always been willing to work with us to make sure the auto and home policies are what we need.

I wish I would have switched to Steve years ago. He did a comprehensive look at all our needs and made suggestions that my prior agent of ten years never thought of. He is always approachable and responds to my questions quickly. I have sent several of my friends to Steve because I know they will be taken care of.
