From MY experience, Kathryn seemed unmotivated to assist and educate me about my policies. I didn't realize how much I didn't know until I met with my new agent at a totally different location. He educated me and made suggestions on updates to my policy, considering it's over 20 years old. Further, he provided options regarding payment against a loan on a policy, which would help me tremendously. She never considered to discuss this old policy with me.
