I recently had to use my roadside assistance when my car blew a head gasket and needed a tow to the shop. The process was quick and easy using the State Farm app and AGERO, the roadside assistance provider. I was able to select a time that worked for me to have the vehicle towed. And a huge shout out to Bear Auto Repair for the excellent service!

We've been with State Farm for 34 years and Kara has been one of the best agents we've had. She is very knowledgeable and does a good job explaining coverages and your options. When we've needed to make changes it is done promptly and her staff is also pleasant to work with. While I do agree with the comments that State Farm may be somewhat pricey on some things, the personal service we received in the past when we had a claim was exceptional.

I had stopped in Kara's office to check my coverage when a rock cracked my windshield. She saw me right away (no appointment), reviewed my coverage, and made an appointment with a local glass company to get the repair started. Great service all around.
