I don't recommend this company for anyone. We called 3x times to cancel our policy that we got a new policy. They tried to say that we didn't pay our last bill which we did and had proof. Then they told us we still owed the amount of money the next month. Even though we called and canceled. They sent us to collection. If I could I would put zero Stars instead of one star.
This place is outstanding. Great place to go to purchase insurance ( in our case the health insurance marketplace) The past 2 years we have talked to Tanner and he has been an outstanding person to get insurance from...a wealth of information and knowledgeable...very honest and trustworthy and kind. Definitely a place to go to get outstanding outcomes for your insurance. Highly recommend this place.
Amazing customer experience. They *actually* worked with me to find the most affordable rate, instead of just giving me whatever default quote options I could find online for myself. Would highly recommend!
