Judi Palmer-Mitchell and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. From start to finish, the process was smooth, clear, and stress-free. Judi took the time to explain my options, answered all my questions, and made sure I had coverage that truly fit my needs. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with great customer service, but Judi does exactly that. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable insurance and a trustworthy agent who truly goes the extra mile.

Very very poor experience with customer service. I've been with this company for over 20 years.And this isn't the first time , but it has definitely felt like it has gotten a lot worse. Customer service does not seem to be a factor for this place anymore. They harassed me for over a month.Calling me sometimes 4 or 5 times a week. Wanting me to buy additional Life Insurance.But i've contacted them several times and can't get anyone to answer the phone or any return my calls. I believe 23 years is long enough for they're not to be one ounce of loyalty shawn by this company. From the looks of other reviews, customer service seems to be a major problem here.These days. As well as returning customers phone calls. It doesn't seem like management.Cares anything about fixing this issue. Considerin

I have to give a shout out to Ms. Judy Palmer’s staff! Every single time I call, I receive outstanding customer service. And that is a rarity nowadays. I would like to recommend the staff. I have had communications with Ian and as recently as today with Tereca; and she provided such outstanding customer service. I had several questions, but I did not feel rushed to ask them because she took her time and explained every single thing to me in detail. I have spoken with her in the past, but I did not take the time to say thank you via a review. But I would be remiss if I allowed this to go unnoticed. So kudos to Judy Palmer’s insurance because that entire staff is truly outstanding! Thank you, thank you thank you!

State Farm is the best. They always return my calls in a timely fashion and they are a very fair company to work with. I have been with them for over 40 years.
