BriJette Ortiz - State Farm Insurance Agent

Recently spoke with BriJette on the phone regarding a returned payment fee after having to get a new card due to some random charges, and then I must've mistakenly not added my card to autopay for my insurance. BriJette offered to waive the fee and went ahead and updated that payment for me. Very helpful and nice! I've also spoken with other people at their office as I've had been with them for the last 3ish years and are always helpful when I have questions/concerns.

BriJette and her team are SO considerate and overall just helpful. Life be lifeing man. Even as a young adult they continue to offer the best policies. I did have issues with other State Farm’s when it came to being professional. BUT BriJette and her team are VERY educated and professional!! I always recommend them to friends and family.

Ms. Ashley is amazing and goes above and beyond for her job and the clients. This review isn't enough to show my apperication but I definitely wanted her to be aware. I'm eternally grateful for her grace and patience with me. Thank you and continue to shine.

Been with Brijette for at least 5 years or maybe even longer! It’s always been easy to contact and communicate with her and her office! They have made sure my bill is always right or answers questions and handles it if not. I have no complaints whatsoever.
