In selecting a new SF agency, I visited four, unannounced, that were close to home. The Ben Collinger agency ticked all my boxes regarding convenience and staff experience. Donna Hall was very helpful in making the transition easy and especially in followup contact with me. I would want all the Collinger agents that I met to know how much i appreciate their efficiency and attention to detail. Professional and capable counts.

I have received great service from Cha. She is always so nice and kind. I was having an issue with a renters policy and she took time to explain and assist me. Such a pleasant experience. 5 stars for sure.
