Craig Caldwell - State Farm Insurance Agent

I can't recommend Craig Caldwell and his team enough. Dealing with insurance usually feels like a chore, but this office actually makes it pleasant. Craig is knowledgeable and straightforward, which I really appreciate. I also have to give a huge shout-out to Team Member Nadiya Miller. Nadiya was also fantastic to work with. She kept me updated every step of the way and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. She turned a complicated process into something very manageable for me and my family. I'm really glad I have this team in my corner. If you want an insurance office who is honest and responsive, go see them. You will not be disappointed.

Nickolaus was such a great help! He saved me over $100 on my car insurance policy, as well as my personal effects. His communication skills are great and he made the whole process super easy and quick! 10/10 recommend working with Craig Caldwell's team. Thanks again Nickolaus, you were amazing!!

Cannot rave enough about this State Farm location! No one likes dealing with insurance companies.... Least of all when it comes to bills and/or reinstatements. LOL However, my recent experience (with Nick in particular... who again, cannot rave enough about), was nothing short of a godsend when dealing with my son's lapse of vehicle coverage and reinstatement and my aging mother's lack of digital know-how. With Nick's above and beyond customer service, thoughtfulness, thorough explanations, and warm professionalism.... He made what could have been a dreaded and extremely stressful situation for myself, into a very pleasant (and effortless) experience. 5 stars all the way! Thanks again Nick! I am new to State Farm and so far am loving the experience! They are so much less expensive than the others. Over $100 a month less than Progressive, and I was with them for over 10 years. Nadiya Miller and Craig Caldwell are great. My agents with Progressive and All state never bothered to introduce themselves.
