I have been with Jones Raphael & Oulundsen for well over 10 years. They have been great. Tom Bent and Kim Brooks could not be more helpful. They are always there to assist in my insurance needs, They have called me when a better deal came up for my car and homeowners insurance. That is above and beyond!!! They explain every detail and make it so easy. The way they treat me as a valued customer and a friend is the reason why I have stayed for over a decade and will continue to do business with them. Insurance can be a very deceptive business. I am so very lucky to have complete confidence and trust in Tom and Kim.
