Robert A is the absolute worst insurance rep you could have. We were customers for over 15 years (Home, Auto, and personal articles). My wife leased a new vehicle, and we requested the insurance policy be transferred identically to the new vehicle as we had done many many times previously. It was quite a surprise when someone backed up into my wife damaging her vehicle and when trying to file a claim, they said there was no collision on the vehicle, sorry nothing we can do. No one could explain what happened, and instead of trying to help, they took the ignore and hope it goes away approach. After weeks of being ignored, we are now left with no choice but to file lawsuits against Travelers and Brown and Brown. Do yourself a favor and don't even think about using these guys!!

Roberto Alicea, one of the worst agents in the Brown & Brown firm. Very unprofessional, I was a client for 14 years and due to his negligence had a lapse in my home owner’s insurance. Rather than try and remedy the situation he just didn’t express any empathy nor attempt to. Ownership must have changed. It’s a shame!!

This is the worst run Insurance company. I canceled years ago and still get letters and emails about an old policy. I have called many times to get off their mailing with no success. PLEASE CANCEL ME!!
