Stacy is the best! She gives one on one attention where I don’t feel like just a number. She is very helpful offering insight and expertise in getting what coverages I need and realizes my budget and tries to taylor it to my needs. She handles my insurance needs and questions in a timely manner. I give 4 and 3/4’s stars because no one gets a five in my book.

Josh and his team (shout out to Dawn in particular!) are top notch. They are very experienced, responsive, knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend this agency for your insurance needs!

I've been using this agency for 20 years, long before Joshua Lawrence took it over. I stay because of Dawn. Dawn has helped me since I was navigating getting my own insurance at 18, through apartments, multiple homes and multiple vehicles for two decades. She helped me learn to be a responsible adult in this way. Dawn is this agency's greatest asset. She's confident, knowledgeable, kind and always so pleasant. I will stay as long as her legacy of service is maintained. With Dawn, it has never been about what she can get for AmFam. It has always been about what she can do to help YOU.

While my agent was very nice and easy to work with after we hit a deer with our car. Caliber collision didn’t do the best of work on our car. Didn’t fill hood before painting and didn’t say I had an option to pay and fill so I didn’t know. The aftermarket bumper doesn’t fit correctly with fender and seams don’t align along with just painting over imperfections in the bumper and not fixing. There was missing fasteners and still damaged parts and after that I had to go to a mechanic and replace the radiator that was now leaking that wasn’t before. I didn’t feel very good about all this and still working to fix some of the issues now. See pics I included

Both Stacy and Dawn are very knowledgeable and quick to respond. This make a stress free experience. This is the first agency I've done business with where I have a better relationship the agent assistant than the agent themselves. No offense Josh.
