State Farm in Junction City really sets the bar high. Every time I call, I’m met with service that’s professional, friendly, and on top of every detail. A huge part of that is thanks to Yaritza — she’s incredibly helpful, keeps me updated without me ever having to chase anything down, and makes the whole process smooth and stress‑free. It’s rare to find someone who communicates this well and genuinely cares about getting things done right. This office is lucky to have her, and she’s the reason I feel confident choosing State Farm.

We have had a number of transitions to make in the last year, several requiring changes to insurance policies. Corrine has been more helpful than anyone could imagine, helping us find the best options as we moved through each process. Then in the midst of everything I had an accident. Thankfully not hurt but very shaken, Corrine helped and led us through each step in reporting and making sure we had everything taken care of properly. She is a dream to work with!

We met Melissa Richardson and her husband Anthony this summer while camping . As we got to know each other and she told me she sold insurance I told her what I was looking for. We met Josh when we went in to the office. This State Farm office has a great group of people and I would say a wonderful boss. Melissa was absolutely wonderful! She talked me through everything. I initially went in for life insurance for myself and she got me all set up. I decided to get a great policy for my 5 y/o granddaughter as well . I mentioned what I was paying for auto insurance so she did a check and she saved me $70 a month on auto insurance . We have the very best lake family here at Thunderbird.
