Norma was amazing when I had insurance through them and I regret switching. Now, 14 years later, I would still recommend them over any others.
If you are looking for just a proposal good luck, I’be been waiting since November 18, 2022 for a reply on my initial contact with this company. I physically went to their JC office for an estimate and was told that because Thanksgiving was coming up they would get back with me afterwards, well after a couple months I called their home office and was told they would get back with me and guess what still no follow up with that!! They must have more biz than they need, so much for keeping it local and BTW, I contacted two other agencies in JC and received replies back within a week. So my suggestion is to go elsewhere.
Great place. Norma is the best Agent I've had in years.
